He Got It Right

I’ve often wondered if God got it right.  Looking around at others & playing the comparison game can be unsettling.  The “what if” question becomes quicksand.  The psalmist knew, with love-based confidence, that God had it under control.   “The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; Your steadfast love, O Lord , endures forever. Do not forsake the work of Your hands.” (Ps 138:8).
When asking, “Does God have the right man?” or “Is this the right plan?”, consider these three assurances in Psalm 138.
God listens & answers.  “On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased.” (vs 3). We call out, He hears.
God loves & accepts.  “For though the Lord is high, he regards the lowly, but the haughty he knows from afar.”  (vs 6)  Coming to Him yielded and surrendered gets His attention.
God leads and accomplishes.  “”The Lord  will fulfill his purpose for me . . .” (vs 8). Without exception, God will complete His work in you and through you.
He hears you.  He loves you.  He is using you!
Be bold, be brave, be blessed.
