iThink and iSay

“The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display His craftsmanship.” (Psalms 19:1)

The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.” (Psalms 19:7)

God’s glory is revealed and resonates at every grace point of our lives.

Ministry or misery . . . triumph or tragedy . . . Leading or lonely . . . energetic or exhausted. Our utterance of praise always leads to an understanding of His promises, His provision and His presence. He is my salvation and He is my security.

In Psalm 19, David captures the essence of God’s glory and the essentials of His grace. Through the illustration of His creation work and the illumination of His convicting Word, the psalmist shows us the greatness of God.

While neither is a result of our actions, they require our awe. His grace is the game changer.

God’s work and Word are our only remedies for transitioning feelings and transforming thoughts.

The psalmist locks in the key, “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14)

Let’s be consumed with His thoughts and communicate His truth.
